Ungraceful yet curious duodenum

In Bahasa duodenum called usus dua belas jari (twelve fingered intestine or twelve fingers intestine), so I came up with idea to literate the name.

any suggestion to his problem?

I think duodenum can be a great guitarist with those fingers ;p
